| RIA 1 | Demist Coating RIA 1 is a high performance
anti fog film laminated on a plane substrate. It is characterized by an
excellent light transmission regardless of surrounding humidity. It is
invisible to the human eye. With its thickness of 5 micrometer, the loss
in light transmission is smaller than 1%.

| Applications | The RIA 1 is a high performance
demist coating that is conform MIL-I-83336 B. Demist Coating RIA 1 is used
whenever an inaccessible substrate is subject to temperature variations
in presence of humidity, at temperatures of -40 degrees Celsius to +90.
RIA 1 can be applied instead of electrically heated glasses. The specification complies with MIL-I-83336-B. The technique successfully in operation for instrument glasses by a very well known European instrument maker and in the Japanese instrument industry. |
